McDonald's

Recieved my order from the Hitchin restaurant, food was cold, double cheese burger was covered in bbq sauce, asked for NO bbq sauce and the chicken select meal was full of partiality rotten lettuce!!!!!
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
Will be contacting food hygiene at the council first thing tomorrow morning!!!

Terrible service, staff so miserable and rude. Always food missing. They never ever have milk shake, they say the machines broken. The machines been broken for three years now.. 😠😠😠

This store is always busy, and they never seem to have enough people on the tills.
The staff seem miserable and not happy working there. Once you get your food it is most of the time correct as you have ordered. Although other times when it is wrong it is drastically wrong.
When the restaurant is busy there are never enough tables and they have too many low tables which I guess are aimed at children.
There is always someone cleaning up after people so you can reasonable assume that it is clean. The toilets however are another story and always seem dirty with wet floors.
The food is priced okay, but its McDonalds so what do you expect.
