Ordered hamburger, Asked for extra pickles, confirmed order was with extra pickles when paying, received order with sticker on saying extra pickles. Opened burger to not only find no extra pickles but no pickles full stop, or onions or mustard. Next time Helen Keller is on shift could you please notify at the drive thru window so I don’t have to waste my time

Our order was over an hour late

Refused service in the drive thru, after double checking to see if motorcycles were allowed on the McDonald’s website, due to some moped users apparently buying large quantities of food to sell on for an inflated price?!

A wasted journey and some very unhappy little ones.

Extreamly very disgraceful. Anyone who doesn't want to be disrespected pls do not visit. As staff are the most rudest very disgraceful. Staff in any business I have ever come across in the whole of UK. Never cone across such bad mannered an absolute disgrace for the community. These staff in hanworth macdonalds. Very very bad such behaviour is tolerated in workplace? How can that be? In todays day age in this country. Where every workplace has a performance review? What is management doing about this rude staff an absolute disgrace for this country.

It was a lovely Thursday afternoon that my friend and I decided to get a McDonald's after a student night out in Kingston. Unfortunately we had missed the breakfast but we still knew that it would sort us out. When we arrived we saw no queue for the drive thru but had to weave our way through the poorly structured car park. At start the women who took our order was nice. However when we came to order our last burger we said the name wrong and she abruptly corrected us making us feel disheartened that we can't get the burger right. The women where we payed was ok but could work a little bit on communication skills as we felt unsatisfied by the customer service we received. When we got our order the women was kind and said she would be a few moments so we sat there there whilst we were waited it to be ready. Due to poor location, the main road was busy and by the time we got back, our food was cold and drinks were flat, that was start of our dissapointment. THEY GOT MY MILKSHAKE WRONG!
