Warning to all future customers of McDonald's in Valley Park. These guys are clueless, makes mistakes all the time but takes no interest in putting it right, customer service is non-existent, grumpy staff at the premises and over the phone, puts phone down on their customers, have no ability to empathise with their customers and puts money above everything. But above all else they are unethical and illegal as they happy to take your money but don't give you what you paid for. I can't believe they are allowed to operate inthe UK running a cooperation. They will be referred to the trading standards and hopefully get them shut down but in the meantime please be warned. Relying on staff paid below the minimum legal wage is not a good enough excuse.
