Delivery drivers and parking

Since delivery from our local macdonalds has been introduced the queues waiting for drive through have got worse .if you wanted to go inside and order for takeaway you dont stand an earthly because there is so many parking spaces taken up by delivery drivers (and i am talking the disabled bays as well) that you cant get parked

Bad tempered staff

Past experiences I would not of given a 1 but tonight the lad who took our order was so so rude. We did not hear what he said so we repeated what sauce we wanted, he shouted and I mean angrily shouted: "That's what I just said" I asked to see the manager who brushed us off saying she would speak to him. I am appalled at this service no one should be shouted at for not hearing!
