They give price diffenentmake conditional that you must upgrade or will decrease price a lot. Make wrong representations about resale value. Attitude is changed after signing contract. They don't explain about warranty. Trick is thy they offer first MOT and Service to cover faults and after expiry of warranty all covered faults like suspension, emission and ABS and braking pads, start causing issues. When contacted they would not even listen to the calls and if listen they misbehave and call you crazy. The claims regarding mileage per gallon are wrong and I am going to take them to court on this issue soon. They wrongly applied for my retention certificate of previously newer car than I was buying and they did not know thy personalised registration plate can't be used for older car and wasted my money. Had to wait for new log book for weeks and they don't care when you call to remind. I don't recommend at all and if you go then you must insist you must insist 12 months free warranty.
