Can I say that even if I was fortunate enough to get a new BMW I would take it to MBM for ANY work that needed doing to it. I have received nothing but absolutely outstanding service from these guys and they really know their stuff. What's more they are very reasonable indeed, unlike BMW dealerships which I was very disappointed with on the one occasion I have dealt with them regarding a recall.
MBM, never mind what Simon Cowell says you get 3 yeses from me ! 12 out of 10 guys

Cannot fault these people, took my volvo for a DPF clean. There were a few issues with warning lights etc they sorted the issues and cleaned the DPF. Car now runs like new. Excellent service would recommend.

Had an issue with my 320d. Went to many garages but they couldnt locate problem. Was recomended by a friend to try mbm. Went down for diagnostics their mechanic robert found the problem within 5 minutes and recomended a solution and if that didnt do the trick come back and he'd open it up.
Issue: jerk from gearbox at crawling speed or on hard acceleration.

Other garages suggested we have to open the gear bix and recondition some said its the transfer case faulty.

Mbm autohause solution: replace all 4 tyres due to uneven tyre wear causing an issue with the xdrive system.
Replaced tyres. Issue gone.

Theyve got some smart dudes on theur team. Save yourself a headach and take your bm to them if you have an issue

Took my Mini Cooper here for a service last week, staff in reception were friendly and it was reasonably priced. Mechanics advised me on how often I should have the different types of service, as I was booked in for a Major Service as I thought I needed one every year, but turns out I only needed an engine service. Nice to know they didn’t just want the extra money off me and advised me correctly.

Booked my BMW in for diagnostics, staff were really friendly and helpful and phoned me with updates before commencing any work. Fast and efficiency service. Would recommend.
