With regards the original work. This was done well. However after sales service is shocking.
Having called and messaged and had a commitment that he would arrange to call round. I have not seen or heard from him since. The issue I had required attention prior to a trip to France... yet I am still waiting.
Very poor....

Excellent service from Mark - from the initial phone call to quote and then fitting on our drive at home was first class. Mark kept me informed every step of the way and although there was a hiccup on the day with the parts from his supplier it was soon rectified and a few days later it was all completed to a very high standard including the 13 way electrics and Alko towball on my 2020 Tiguan SEL 2.0L Diesel. I would recommend MB Towbars without hesitation - I'm new to towing a caravan and Marks' first class work and helpful tips made it a pleasure to do business with him. 5 stars and very well deserved!

Fitting a tow bar on my Porsche Cayene was necessary in order to tow a recently purchased RIB but I was concerned about the appearance. Mark was recommended by Glen Chilvers Body shop and I am delighted with the outcome. He recommended a removable tow bar. The product is excellent being easy to snap in place and to remove when not in use. The fitting was done at home which made life easy. All electrics were wired in with all wires concealed. Communications with Mark were good and the finished job is excellent. I would recommend MB tow bars without any reservation. Thank you Mark
