Nice enough person but unfortunately let me down after explaining my need for someone reliable after being let down previously.

I recently had my chimney fitted with new lead from this company, it wasn't until a carpenter I employed to carry out some work in my loft space had to work around removing tiles from chimney area, and asked if I'd like the lead replaced as the job was of poor standard, he was shocked to find out this job had only just been done by this company, he has over 30 years experience and thought the workmanship was of very poor quality, I tried to get half the money back that they charged me, but instead, I was ignored and blocked on social media, I would not use this company, they are not professional in there workmanship or the way they conduct themselves.

Invited Mike up to assess some roof damage and give us a quote to repair. Unlike other roofers we had up, he actually got up on the roof to investigate, quickly identified what he thought was the problem, and was very good at explaining the problem clearly to me and even took photos to show me as evidence.
Mike suggested that it was a quick fix and he could do it there and then, we agreed on a very fair price to repair and it was fixed in less than half an hour. He even checked the rest of my roof and cleared a lot of moss away.
Excellent service and would not hesitate to call back if i have any more problems in the future.

Good work, reasonably priced and turns up as arranged. Mike has repaired gutters, and installed leaf guards on the house. For our garage he installed soffits, barge boards and repaired loose tiles. All well executed
