As with the other reviews, not transparent with pricing. Shockingly high costs for poor vet care; you're not able to see the same vet each time as they're always changing around. Really poor communication around bills and front of house staff.

Saw my dog within an hour of calling and gave me options for treatment. Very efficient and caring staff.

Cat was vomiting, needed examination, was told its £60. At the appointment was told cat needed blood test, anti-nausea injection and sub-dermal hydration. All this was mentioned without telling me the cost. with hindsight I should have asked but was busy worrying about the cat. Got a shock when back in the reception area and was told its £240! I was given the debit card receipt but no invoice to itemise the individual costs. Totally dishonest and underhanded. Will never go back. would give zero stars if could

Not very friendly or communicative administration staff. The costs are high and when multiple appointments are insisted upon even to get a further prescription the costs just mount up.
