I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star but you have no choice. The service I’ve had from this company has been shocking.
The lady that answers the phone is very rude, all they want is your money then don’t want to know, my sofa became faulty after 4 months, we have no children we work full time so as you can imagine it’s hardly sat on, finally got it back today after being told my delivery date that it’s not actually available in the warehouse. To still be faulty but now on a different section wouldn’t waste your money with this company.

You wanna be lucky you have a good delivery driver(this is not the owners son this is the other guy)

Bought new super king bed frame and mattress for under £1000 delivered and fitted, old mattress taken away. Delivery men great and fitter. Looks fantastic and really pleased with bed. Sleeping really well. Ordered medium firmness. Will be back when need another bed.

We brought a sofa from Suites and Beds in November 2020, we have not have the sofa twelve months and the leather started to peal. spoke to Joan and she agreed to collect and have it repaired. called 1 week later and no update, fast forward 1 month later and I still did not have a sofa, Joan was just full of excuses. We finally got a call from them after many phone called to trading standards, they attempted to deliver, we inspected the sofa before we accepted it back and the sofa was in worse state then when they took it for repair so we rejected it. After many letters back an forth they agreed to replace as the repair was not to a good standard. when we received the new sofa it was grey not black and a totally different sofa all together, tried to speak to Joan but she was not interested so now we are stuck with 2 sofas that do not match. My Advise do not shop here if you want a good quality sofa what will last.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! honestly save your money. We went there and ordered a sofa, 2 seater with an arm chair. Sent the wrong arm chair which feels much cheaper and low quality, completely different colour and different material to the two seater sofa. They’ve now refused us a refund even after sending someone out to check and he agreed that it was the wrong arm chair.
