Not all, but some very rude staff, who haven't any interest in treating their customers well. Sometimes I am left to feel not valued as a customer, that's why British natives not shopping there. Shame...

This is a place to go for a best quality fresh meats/smoked meats, huge variety of sauces, spices and snacks! A lot of produce from Poland, Baltic states, Romania. Working hours is amazing as well.
