A big thank you to Nick, Amy and Maria. I went into the shop to buy a heart shaped cushion to put a photo and words will you marry me on it and asked them to put it into the windows, so I could propose to my girlfriend on the Saturday , but they went the extra mile and made a banner with will you marry me on it, and dressed the window and also a banner in a frame with she said yes on, they made the day very memorable one for the both of us we were really very impressed also with their kindness , we cannot thank them enough their customer service is second to none amazing, ,,, thank you !

Bad customer service

Photo machines are okay but asked for them to frame a photo as they offer a free service and I was told they were too busy. There was one other person in the shop waiting to be served. Bad customer service, older woman serving me had a very passive aggressive attitude.
