Quick response. Part of upstairs lighting circuit not working ; also 2 new light fittings and cord pull installed. Friendly and efficient and got on with the job, 3 hours.

We were pleased with Max’s work which was completed within a day to our satisfaction.

I called Mohammed from smart electrical and agreed 5pm next day. I explained it was the shower and requested tests for the all circuits . He charged me 250 labour + 50 materials to correct a short in the pull cord and Install a new shower hose for some reasons and failed to provide test report without a further 100. I requested an invoice which was missing his company address registration to professional association and insurance he is not NICEIC registered. When challenged was defensive and sent derogatory messages. I simply wanted to be reassured he was competent and fully qualified I managed to see his NVQ level 3. I Paid his 300 bill but he was far from professional and seems happy to charge what he likes when people are stuck. Communication poor English is not his first language. Completed work in two hours. Quality to standard. Value for money poor. Hope this help him to improve and for customers to be aware

After having some plastering work done, the contractors managed to damage a couple of lights which stopped working. Max came out on the same day and resolved the issue and he also installed some replacement fixings to several of the lights and charged a fair price for the work. I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate in using again. Thank you.
