Although the flowers featured on the website look great, in fact the experience I received was not satisfactory. Knowingly wanting to make an order for a funeral short notice, I called the shop to be told I would be called back as they were busy. During the call, I queried if they would, at short notice be able to arrange flowers and was told a spray would be possible in the required time. I expressly stated that this was good news as otherwise I would have to contact a different florist. I felt comforted and waited for the call back a few hours later. I was then told it was not possible to create anything at all, in an abrupt tone with little consideration of the occasion for which the flowers where needed. I did manage to find an alternative florist by going through my local (very helpful) shop, but the experience was not good and the misinformation caused much stress.

We initially ordered an arrangement over their website, to be sent to our cousin’s, the next day, as they had recently suffered the loss of their daughter.

When we realized that what we chose was not what we wanted, we called directly to MHF, and talked with Millie. Though it was our mistake, Millie got in touch with the delivery vehicle to return to the shop to change the arrangement, reassuring us, that the new one, would be lovely. This was done at no extra charge.

Our cousin’s were delighted with the “beautiful and fragrant arrangement “
They even said “their daughter would have loved it too!”

Thank you MHF and Millie, for your patience, caring and guidance in assisting us in making the best floral decision. We know who to call again, if the need arises.
