Matt Shurmer Driving School is one of the best known driving schools servicing Bromley (BR1/ BR2/ BR7) and Orpington (BR5/ BR6). I have been established since 2007 and I offer automatic driving lessons in most areas.

Customer reviews have been the backbone of my success and I now have many Local Customer Reviews and local driving test passes.

I take care of our customer services line between 9am and 4.30 pm on weekdays and I will be delighted to discuss your requirements and check current availability on 07761 270971.

I will give you the knowledge and understanding you need to become a driver by experiencing pupil- led lessons.

Learning to drive can be great fun with the right instructor- someone reliable, punctual and able to provide driving lessons when YOU want them.

During your driving lessons with Matt Shurmer Driving School your skills will be constantly evaluated so you will know exactly how well you are performing and your confidence behind the wheel will improve.

Driving lessons in Swanley BR8. I was absolutely blown away with Matt and his teaching skills. I passed my test first time with 0 faults – something I never thought possible. Matt brings a lovely mix of friendliness & professionalism. When I started learning to drive I started in a manual car and I felt really unconfident. I spoke to Matt to say I wasn’t sure if I didn’t enjoy driving or if it was because I couldn’t get along with the clutch. Matt took me out for a trial to see how I was in an automatic and we got along instantly and I felt confident learning to drive with him.

Matt has a true talent for teaching people how to drive, he breaks everything down into easily manageable chunks so he doesn’t overwhelm you and gets you to repeat it until you’re confident. He didn’t teach me to pass my test, he taught me to be a confident driver and I couldn’t have done it without him.

I have no doubt if I hadn’t learnt to drive with Matt I would have given up learning to drive.

Excellent Driving School

I chose Matt Shurmer Driving School because I saw them advertised online and their prices were very competitive. Lee's teaching methods were very good. His instruction was clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience

My experience with Matt Driving school was great! From the initial contact all the way to the day I passed my test. I had all the support,training and encouragement ,motivation I required to achieve my driving goals. My Instructor was Matt. He's very professional, motivating, gives credit where its due and he's very patient with learners and understands that people learn differently. He is also flexible with his lesson times should the need arise and is always punctual for lessons. He communicates effectively and in good time. I would recommend Matt and Matt's Shurmer driving school to anyone looking for value for their money and for solid training in the fundamentals of driving.
