Terrible hairdresser! She destroyed my hair! Worst place ever!

I wish there was an option to give no star coz they don't even deserve one star for their service. I showed a simple layers hair cut photo to the stylist and she could not even do that properly.when I tried to show her the photo second time she started raising her voice. Anna who is suppose to be the owner of the business kept on distracting the other stylist talking to her in different language and giggling throughout the experience. Saloon is very overpriced as they charged me £18 for the simple trimming which I could have easily done myself at home.I said simple trimming earlier as I expected layers without losing the length but the so called stylist has just trimmed my hair. Never visting that place again.
