Matrica

Matrica was founded as a UK Limited Company in 1994. This was after a successful research programme into emerging technologies in conjunction with Universities (which continues to this day).

This resulted in Matrica developing application programmes incorporating both mathematical and statistical methodologies with artificial intelligence and neural network technology.

The timing coincided with the UK energy markets liberalisation and Matrica has since then continuously evolved and developed products for the energy sector.

Today, our Nominator® software is deployed at major energy companies in the UK, Scandinavia, the rest of the EU, China and North Africa.

They cover a wide range of critical requirements encompassing short term forecasting for regulatory compliances and balancing; data management; demand management; cost analysis; risk and energy trading and support modules to name a few
