Second time I have required the services of Masterspares.
Prompt, excellent service

Brilliant service, always very helpful

I ordered and paid 5 months ago and asked Simon the cost of freigh. He said according to the amount ordered the freight would be free but since then, he never more answered my e-mails even I sending new ones almost in a weekly basis.

Simon is a one-man band who runs the shop, delivers products and carries out repairs in customers' homes (although you can take items to his shop). He keeps a diary, so, as with any business, it may be best to telephone ahead if you have a distance to travel.

I have bought spares in his shop and he has carried out repairs in my home. I have found him to be excellent as he is obliging, reasonable and invaluable to this area. Simon always does what he says and will not 'rip you off'.

I speak as a satisfied customer only and recommend Masterspares whole-heartedly. Please support this business and keep him in this area, as so many towns and villages do not have a service like this.

Prompt, polite, efficient service at a good price. I called at 9am about my washing machine and by 10am it had been repaired. I would recommend this company .
