Very bad quality and payment without any invoice.

He delivered a complete wrong artwork and he wasn't even prepared to do the sketch and we reported him to The Guild of Master Craftsman.
He asked to receive the money on his personal account, as he has no company, and now I am taking the necessary legal and tax actions to get refunded as he is on holiday and doesn't even care to sort out this.
Be very carful before paying as it can be turned in a night mare as you are dealing with a private person with no contract or warranty at all.

This is totally Rubbish ....We never dealt with this individual at all it was entirely created through another family member who was absolutely over the moon when we delivered the two signet rings...we was offered coffee and cake in a respectful way and told how happy they were with the craftsmanship...We have been established since 1959 and produce the finest hand engraving

Great personal service and beautiful craftsmanship. Gary was terrific - very pleasant, personal and knowledgeable. He really goes the extra mile to make the customer happy. I will definitely turn to him for future commissions. Also a great storyteller and musician!

The project was for Gary to produce three hand-engraved and hallmarked 9 carat gold oval signet rings for my family using the top part of my father's coat of arms. Gary explained at the outset that there would be a long lead-in (about 3 months) due to the intricacy of the work and his workload but, having talked and corresponded with him, I was confident I'd picked the right man. I received the blank rings for final fitting which were then adjusted without complaint or charge.

My father died recently and whilst going through his personal effects, I came across an old, gold signet ring. I puzzled for weeks what the classically engraved initials on the front could be. Chislehurst Golf Club Trophy I purchased a silver trophy dating back to 1916 for a new competition within Chislehurst Golf Club. It required some extensive restoration and engraving which was completed under a tight timescale and to the highest standard. The end result was amazing.
