Absolutely disgusting , I found hairs in my food , the chicken was like chewing bricks , the batter on the chicken seems like it was cooked for far too long, the chicken didn’t even taste like chicken, absolutely disgusting

I just orderd food an when it arrived it was cold the driver came back to get it an the owner refused to replace it or refund the food was disgusting an the owner rude an was abusive on the phone 20£ it cost wat a waste of money just eat rang them an they still refused to replace or refund
