Awful work poor materials and workmanship their guarantee not worth the paperwork it's written on many customers took him to court now has CCJ's. So he made himself bankrupt so to avoid paying his debts he is not a member of Checkatrade or Trust a trader and so they would not guarantee his work. I had my kitchen flat roof felt replaced in 2021 but, I've had 4 leaks since on same roof, can't understand why if they did put 3 layers of felt I don't think so, don't use this Company

Mason & Son Roofing Gosport claims to be a member of Checkatrade and Trustatrader which is incorrect therefore, work done by the Company will not be guaranteed by these. They owe me money due to the damage they caused on my property with shoddy work which resulted in two leaks via their replacement felt and although, they gave a 10 year guarantee they don't honour it. Be aware I wouldn't recommend this Company, they have a CCJ and Court order against them which they ignored. Had to live with a large ceiling hole over the winter and Christmas period due to my property being left by Darren Mason.

This business is not a Checkatrade member therefore, customers would not be covered by Checkatrade's guarantee for work carried out.
Don't be fooled !!

Because this company didn’t secure a tile properly on my roof a year ago it has come down and smashed my car window and in total cost me £ 350 ! When asked if they could come and look at it again it again they refused to look for free, I paid them £80 cash in hand. Since then L and C roofing put the tile up for £60 , but last week it fell off again so they are just as bad !And third time lucky I have just paid £180 to Roofwise Solutions, the same tile screwed to the batten this time .

I spent £3480 on replacement felt for my flat roof, work finished on 30th March 2021 which after only 5 months the roof leaked through my kitchen light fixture then again in October 2021 it leaked adjacent to the first leak, although Mr Mason repaired the felt on the roof the second leak made the kitchen ceiling to collapse to the floor leaving a substantial hole over the Christmas period and winter months. He wanted to just do a rough make do repair to the ceiling hole as, a consumer I wanted a ceiling to be put back into the position it was before his replacement and repairs, he is no longer a member of Checkatrade and I've had to pay for a professional plasterer to fix his damage he caused to my property which after a year I would still be waiting for Mr Mason to return to repair the damage he caused. Please think very carefully before you part with any money to any trader as, his 10 guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on.
