VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE.
Very poor after sales service following my informing them, by letter, of a minor fault on their toilet syphon diaphragm washers, on 5 Feb 2019. Getting no response, after 6 weeks, I wrote to the managing director who said they had not received my letter, asking me to send it again. This I did and a 'Quality Technician' wrote to say he would investigate and, "...keep you informed..". Following no response again, after 8 weeks, I wrote to the managing director once more. However, now 2 weeks further on I have heard nothing. Perhaps they have not received my letter again...? (West Midlands' Royal Mail, hold your head in shame!)
