Received 2 dead Lilly’s and 3 poorly white roses, with some cheap space filling greenery not eucalypt like in interflora description! Just a shame someone paid £55 for that to make my day. Interflora was great and refunded in full when they seen what I received. Feel sorry for my friend who felt embarrassed but I just didn’t want to keep my mouth shut again. It’s second time I receive flowers from interflora via this florist. First time I didn’t raise about quality but this time I had to have a say something!

terrible quality flowers delivered on Valentines day, bag broken, flowers old and wilting, I called them to complain and they were so rude and not interested, stay away from this firm and save your money

3rd delivery from this shop and well worth the money . Good customer service definitely will be using them again .

How this business is still trading, I have no idea.
