I backed my camper van into a wall and smashed the rear light cluster. It is an unusual vehicle (Mazda Bongo - a grey import). I phoned Pollard's and they told me to bring it straight down. I needed the van urgently and Ben Pollard spent half an hour on line and on the phone trying to find the part, eventually finding one. The part arrived the next morning and the van was repaired by lunchtime.

Recently had a bus crash into my car which is my pride and joy and i was devastated, after being recommended Martin Pollards by lots of people i sent my car there to be fixed and i was not disappointed! Amazing paintwork & bodywork and such a friendly service, highly recommend.

Highly recommended. I wish all companies were like this.

Martin Pollard was recommended to me by a friend who sells used cars after I had received an eye-wateringly expensive quote from another company that had been referred to me by Jaguar Land Rover. I have a Range Rover Autobiography that is all aluminium bodywork, that had suffered damage to the rear offside door and rear offside wing, to an extent where the metalwork was actually creased.
I am a very fussy person and can usually find fault after such work has been done. Things like wonky panel gaps, or pieces of trim that have not been put back quite right, really (really) annoy me.
Martin Pollard had the vehicle for less than a week, the body repair is perfect, all the trim and fittings were put back properly and the invoice was exactly the amount quoted with no surprise extras.
Absolutely brilliant work and service.
