Professional advice and value for money

We purchased a carpet here last week. The service from Alan was excellent. We had tried their main competitor who told us the carpet was not available even though they had given us a quote. The price from MP was hundreds of pounds less. I had to check the brand and content and style to be sure but it was the same. Thumbs up to Martin Phillips Carpets. Many thanks, Ivan Gordon

Most incompetent business I’ve ever dealt with

They have to be the most incompetent business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! The service was absolutely awful and I would never recommend them to anyone!!! Happy to take your money then either don’t turn up a month later in the arranged day or let you know that they don’t even have your order and sorry you’ll have to wait another month at least! Don’t offer any compensation for their incompetence either..then send one rude fitter instead of the two that were booked…oh sorry you’ll have to wait again for two….my advice…Stay well clear!
