During my dealings with Martin, he set a new standard for customer service, support and understanding.
I am an EV owner, and I needed to be able to charge at my temporary accommodation. The landlord would only give his agreement if he sighted certain documentation first. This included certificates of compliance, safety case, and risk assessment as a minimum. I spoke to Martin about this, and the necessary paperwork was quickly supplied. Martin then suggested that when I met the landlord to collect the keys, that he was prepared to attend to answer any questions there may be. This too happened. As a result the Landlord agreed the installation. Within just a couple of days, the charger was installed and functional.
His price for the total job was very competitive. I can also confirm that the installation was carried out with the utmost professionalism.
