Booked an appointment over the phone last week for my vehicle to be looked at, after agreeing a date and time and pasting on my details.

A week later, day of arranged appointment.
I had taken the day off of work, I was told around 10am, got to around 11am. Still no show or contact made, I decided to call and message to find out what was happening.
Got the answer machine and neither of my messaged were responded to. I’ve waited over 24 hours before posting this, just in case there was a late response to my messages with a reason for letting me down but still nothing.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend, very disappointing service and very unprofessional.

All it needed was a call or a message with an explanation, instead I’ve wasted a day and lost money from not being at work :(

Wayne helped me with changing my oil and he was a life saver since my oil level was super low. Would definitely recommend Wayne for future mechanic needs

The clutch went on my van which I had recovered to my address. I couldnt find a mechanic for 3 weeks. Not only was Wayne able to get out to me quick (within a matter of days), he was able to replace my clutch on the roadside which is no easy job and for a very competetive price. I would highly recommend this guy to everyone. Once again thanks Wayne on a great job! Top bloke!

Wow what a great service Wayne was able to get into my sons vw golf and have it back up and running in half an hour , car wouldn’t start and the bonnet cable had snapped so literally stranded, I’m keeping this guy on speed dial

Very happy with service. Wayne was early and cracked on with my car service. Very polite and actually saved me money on work that didn't need doing that another garage said I did!
Will defo use again.
