I have used Marsh Motors for many years, both for my wifes aging people carrier and my just out of manufacturer warranty VW, in each case without any issues, just the comfort that you are dealing with someone who knows what they are talking about and will fix, rather than replace, where appropriate. So long as I live in St Albans, I won't go anywhere else.

Beats 'my' main agent dealership servicing into a cocked hat.

During this time they have invariably been excellent value, helpful, friendly, efficient, reliable and knowledgeable.

I agree with other reviewers. I've been going to Marsh for 15 years. If they can repair something, they will - rather than replace it with an expensive new one. They'll explain the problem in terms you can understand without being a master mechanic. I entrust them with my classic car as well as my modern. Quality of work is excellent; Dave and his staff are friendly and helpful.

Our family go here too and I am never disappointed with the work they produce the chaps are some of the best mechanics I have ever had repair my car. They will always agree work with you and won't carrry out work not agreed or do work not needed like some garages do, they will only do that after a phone call and if it's a safety item. I really rate this garage quite highly and can't impress enough on people just how good it is.
