Terrible Lettings management. They have been aware of the rubbish in the communal area dumped by a few residents and have done nothing about it. There are nappies and litter all over the floor for over a month since we notified them. We now have seen roaches. Also the electricity for the communal areas is now on a pay as you go meter as they hadn’t been paying the electricity company and the lights are off as they are not making payments. People are falling over things in the dark and it is unsafe particularly for the female residents. The gardeners left as they were unpaid. People have now stopped paying their service charge.

Although Marquis might be ok for a one off survey.
Be careful if your asking them to manage your property.

I do not use these words lightly but they were cruel and made my life a misery

We asked for work to be done they took 3 months to reply . 10 months before scaffolding even went up. Scaffolding was up over a month before work started. And over a month after it finished

Then when we asked to leave their leaving statement took 3 months to issue and was wrong on 3 occasions so we finally got it on the 4th month. In their words we misplaced a couple of your payments! We found them now.

Be careful with your choice they were not careful with our money loosing money we put in directly online 9 months previously.

Our new company. Has been so amazing within one month they have had scaffolding up fixed brick work and scaffolding down . Fixed emergency lighting, fixed porch light, fixed front lock all we had been waiting on. All within a month. Perfect
