Disappointing service

Avoid.
After diagnosing issue and charging high call out fee, and promising a quote to fix within one hour, I have not received quote despite 3 chasing phone calls. Regarding engineer's visit itself: The engineer didn't call me to confirm arrival time. (I had to chase to get an estimate for his arrival time). When given this by admin person, the engineer arrived early and entered my tenant's house and started his investigation before I had arrived, (at the time given by the admin person), again all this without calling me. I noticed that he carried very few tools.
The above gives me little confidence that this is a company that I can trust.

This so called plumber is listing a false address. 14 Glade Road is a residence and has nothing to do with this business. 14c Glade Road with post code SL7 1DQ does not exist.
