Bad customer service experience

I am not happy with the way my request to exchange the Hoover Wash & Dry washing machine delivered on the 12/11/2023.
This machine has not been working since it was delivered and installed. I contacted mark electrical. i am been tossed between retailer and manufacturer.

I am aware of my consumer right to either return or seek for refund if am not happy with a product within 30 days of purchase. Why is my family been suffered for the inefficiency of mark electricals.

My family now uses hands to wash clothes and getting these clothes dried during this winter is very difficult.
The service recieved is very terrible and no specific time was given to me on the resolution of my compliants.

Please can somebody come to our rescue as our right is been violated.

What you save in cost, you pay for with problems

Don't be tempted by their lower prices, what you save in cost, you'll more than pay for with problems after purchase. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
I purchased a number of appliances during their Black Friday sale event, and to date, over 3 weeks later, am still yet to receive any of what I’ve purchased.
Their customer service is appalling, and completely ignore what you say, they to charge you additional fees at every opportunity, and their delivery team are downright rude.
At this point I doubt I’ll ever receive my order.
Save yourselves the stress… avoid, avoid, avoid!
