Dreadful service - avoid

Mistakes happen and the measure of a good company is how they deal with them. Marks Electrical has appalling customer service - avoid them. We had a fridge freezer delivered and the drivers caused both damage to the fridge and an internal wall in the kitchen. We were offered a 10% fee reduction for the dent in the fridge and were told that an investigation would take place regarding the wall. Despite photographs where the paint on the fridge matches the wall dent, we were not asked for further evidence. In a one sided investigation, which they will not share, they have decided that they are not at fault. Please, if you value customer reviews, take your custom elsewhere.

They delivered the wrong TV, took a month to collect it and refund me, never respond to emails, customer service phone says no one is avalable, log a case only, that is also ignored, very poor, dont bother with them

Car crash of a company!!

Terrible company. Bought a washer on the 30th Dec. Fault logged straight way. Still waiting 1 February for a machine engineer to come to repair or confirm faulty. Customer service email has been ignored for 5 days now despite initially being actively quite helpful. Warranty lies with the retailer, not having to chase the manufacturer (Hoover) for a repair within 30 days. Have set up a claim with PayPal to get my money back and to arrange a return

Ordered a haier Larder fridge on Saturday, Delivered by 10 Am on Monday, I was kept informed at every step of the process via text and I was able to track the process on the Delivery.
The two chaps turned up in a clean liveried vehicle and promptly brought the new fridge into the house and took the old one away along with the packaging. Took a bit of a punt when buying from Marks Electrical as you are naturally drawn to other companies such as AO etc, but service has been second to none and would 100% use again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Terrible customer service. I had to cancel an order shortly after making it, and well before the item was delivered. Not only did I have to cancel the order several times via several different channels, they still sent the item out for delivery. Then, despite being promised a full refund within 3-5 working days, and chasing them repeatedly via phone, email and WhatsApp, I still haven't received the refund 19 days later.
I expect they will respond to this review by asking me to contact them again, then when you do you can't get through to anyone effective anyway.
