Mark responded promptly to our initial enquiry, arrived at the agreed date/time, was on time and was polite and professional at all times. Mark provided a good explanation of his work to us and showed us what repair was needed with our boiler. Mark left the property clean and tidy, no mess after his work and was very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a problem which urgently needing fixing and we found Mark by checking his reviews. He came round when he said he would, was able to do an interim fix which gave us heat in a really cold snap, then returned when he said he would and completed the job. He's friendly and knows what he's doing. Mark is very efficient and reliable and we would definitely use him again and 100% recommend him.

Mark has done a couple of jobs for me and on both occasions the work was of an excellent standard, Mark explained everything that was needed and his prices are very reasonable. He is now the only person I call for my plumbing, gas or electrical needs.

Mark, a true tradesman. I am truly impressed with his workmanship and knowledge of the job required, I had recently decided to look for gas engineer to install a new smart system for my boiler. I started searching and was impressed by the reviews. The first I called and I have now found the person I will go to for all things electrical and boilers.

During these difficult times of a pandemic I was thoroughly satisfied with the competence and attention to health and safety. The work area was left fully sanitised. I also saw that he fully sanitised himself before touching his van. I am truly impressed.

So I don’t often write reviews but am very grateful for the others that have reviewed marks work, I am trying to pass along the favour that the people writing reviews for this professional have done for me.

Polite courteous gentleman... done a professional indepth service on my boiler, without cutting corners like the big companies... would highly recommend... will definitely use again for my next boiler service.
