Hard working reliable and skilled

Mark is incredibly reliable, he is very busy, because he is in demand. His level of work is high standard. He is meticulous and works hard to find the best solution and most cost effective for his customers.
Myself and my family have all had work done on their properties and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Skilled but very unreliable

If you want someone to let you down this is the right person. Once you have him working he will do a good job but it can take weeks to finish a job or sort out problems. Obviousely overcommits. To add insult to injury when yo do chase him he will ignore your calls. I'd prefer to pay more and have a reliable tradesman.
