Mark was brilliant and our photos are more than we could wish for.
The photos are amazing and mark made us feel really comfortable on the day, his experience really shone through with every photo being one we love, it’s been so hard to choose our favourites. Mark was also fantastic in extending his times on the day, to ensure he captured those moments which were special to us, we really couldn’t have asked for a more professional photographer.
Whilst his low light photos produced some spectacular show stopping photos, I am most pleased with how happy I am with all the more candid photos. As a couple, we are not big on taking photos of ourselves, and as such I was anxious before hand but Mark made every photo a great one, and the whole experience a very positive one. We honestly couldn’t have been happier.

As a Sales and Events Manager for local hotels over the years, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Mark and continue to recommend him to my clients and any business that I’ve worked for.

Mark Sisely? Why him?
Our human celebrant and friend who was to conduct our wedding recommended him. We met Mark several weeks before the big day and I thought him to be a rather easy-going pleasant man. As we were walking around the venue grounds, Mark could envision many photo opportunities for me and my partner for the big day. He told us that he would try to be as unobtrusive as possible and capture people as they were interacting with each other. He did this really well; I did not always remember speaking with, hugging, laughing and joking with our dear guests, so it was nice to have that reminder. He really captured the spirit of our special day and I will always have fond memories.

So why did we choose Mark Sisley Photography to capture our ‘Big Day’?
That’s an easy question to answer. It was a recommendation.
The Celebrant who conducted our ceremony, who is a childhood friend and whose judgement can be absolutely trusted, had conducted previous ceremonies where Mark was the photographer. The Celebrant said that we should speak to Mark and that she recommended him as “he had a fantastic way with people”. That certainly proved to be the case at our wedding too. Mark put everyone at ease and captured the day both perfectly and naturally.
The quality of the end product was enhanced due to the preparation work that Mark put in beforehand. He met us at the venue a few weeks before the wedding, so that we were not strangers on the day, and had a good reconnoitre of the venue and grounds so that on the day he knew exactly what to capture, where and when.
