Mark responded immediately to an emergency call out to my elderly mother as I don't live locally . Although the issue was minor and "self inflicted" Mark went out of his way to respond and sort (and give us peace of mind!) and even discounted his call out fee. Very much appreciated

Newly moved in and new to the area, we wanted an electrical survey on our house. Mark Jones Electrical seemed like a good bet; Mark responded very promptly to an initial phone call and gave us a time about two weeks away for an initial survey. After a morning of work Mark gave us a plan of what he thought needed doing, and we agreed. The work started and the plan had to be modified as progress was made, Mark always discussed what was going on and what he wanted to do next. For Mark and his apprentice Gethin nothing was too much trouble. At the end of it all we have a thoroughly overhauled electrical supply and distribution for house and outhouses. We've had electrical work done before, over the years, including a complete re-wire of a previous property. It's quite simple: Mark is the best! - most highly recommended.

Mark is brilliant! Arrived on time, was efficient, clean, tidy, very pleasant and polite; did an excellent job. He even fitted in some extra work to his busy schedule which needed doing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark if you require any electrical work doing for a very reasonable price.
