Mark organised our flights to and from New Zealand, our stopover hotel in Melbourne and day tour of the Great Ocean Road as well as our car hire and Interislander Ferry. He understood our budget requirements, sorted out our e-visas, double-checked the car rental details and suggested some great places to visit and stay (as we were booking our own hostel accommodation in New Zealand). We were very impressed with how quickly he put our travel package together. Knowing that we had ATOL protection and professional advice gave us peace of mind.
