Marioz Pizza & Kebab

Today I ordered food for my kids for iftari,food came burned,chips too salty and the donner we ordered was burned,chips looked like they had been fried 2 times,it seemed like they have fried the chips again never ordering again

Well below.... Took my money...! £17.rubbish burnt pizza.. Refused refund. Now taking it to trading standard.. Bad service 😕😒😔

Messed up my last order said next time they will give me extra. So ordered again The driver then refused to deliver because it's a flat. Wanting me to come down leave a child in bed. (Babysitting) Disgusting. Which is illegal to leave a minor without parental supervision...Bare in mind they'd delivered 6 times prior. No issues!!! Called to complain. The guy that answered the phone to deal with my complaint left my call on hold for ten min. Called back 30 min later to see if it was being re delivered. He then said oh get a refund we ain't coming back. Contact hungry horse they'll sort you a refund! Contacted hungry horse who were fab and couldnt believe the attitude they received themselves! Needless to say I will never order from here again!

Well I don't usually right reviews but how rude was your delivery driver...phoned and the driver said he had gone to pensnett instead of Brierley hill..then proceeded to say he was cancelling the order.. Obviosly because couldnt be arsed to admit he had gone to the wrong area and obviously took the food to scoff for himself...papa pizza got the order and won't use you again..rude and bad customer service and won't order again.

Been a customer since day 1 and can't fault them at all. All the staff have been amazing and very friendly. The food is excellent, and their pizza's are the best pizza's ever. I really enjoy ordering from Marioz and I will continue to do so in the following years. My no.1 takeaway!!
