I recently hired Maria's Cleaning for a deep clean, and I was extremely impressed with their work! The team arrived on time, were very professional, and paid attention to every detail. They left my home spotless and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again!

I was referred to Maria by a friend. After booking her for a service, she missed the appointment and later explained she was busy. We rescheduled for today, but she sent a message at 9 PM the night before with a list of cleaning products I didn’t have. She assured me it was fine to use what I had.

We have three cats and maintain our two-bedroom apartment twice a week. We even cleaned the kitchen the day before, unsure if she would come. Maria arrived 45 minutes before the appointment with the cleaner, who was very nice. However, the cleaner took four hours to complete the job. When I expressed my expectation of a three-hour timeframe, she claimed the property required deep cleaning, having only seen the entrance. Additionally, I was charged an extra £10 on the bill for the cleaning products (never mentioned).

I paid £82 as I wanted to honor my commitment, but in hindsight, I should have canceled after the initial signs of unprofessionalism.

Great team of cleaners thorough, careful and they do a really good professional job. Been my regular cleaners for nearly two years. Reliable, experienced, work well as a team. Flexible and work quickly and efficiently and take pride in doing a great job week in and week out. Just amazing.
