I went for a Maya massage and was sceptical about it. I had very painful periods for every singe month for 30 years. As soon as I went to see her, I had my first pain-free period ever!!
She taught me how to do the massage myself , so occasionally when I get any pain, I do the massage and the pain disappears.

Thank you Maria, and I promise I will massage more regularly
