nice peaceful but poor audio visual facilities

a very peaceful crematorium - but be aware the Wesley Media system which Margam use for audio, photos, video and webcast are far from good quality - the sound from the microphone can be garbled and muffled making it difficult to hear clearly the person taking the service and reading the eulogy.
the webcast online facility does not show any videos / photos shown on the screens and in my opinion not worth paying for.

This is based on my experience for my wifes funeral service held recently - I wish I had chosen the Morriston Crematorium who use an entirely different system and which seems much superior service
