AVOID MARC ODE AT ALL COSTS!!

This guy simply should not be allowed to trade as a floor fitter. Promises the world and ruins everything. Asks for money upfront and then does a runner!! Reported to trading standards and taking him to a small claims court as he won’t return our money!! PLEASE AVOID!!!

very poor work. Never turns up when agreed. initially told the job would be completed in two days. Over a week later this still has not been completed. The company have now taken our money, left and not returned. They ignore calls and are now blanking us. Left without a finished job and to a very poor standard. We are now having to pay someone else to rectify the work done and finish the job. Do not waste your time with this company GO ELSEWHERE!

5***** service from start to finish, had lounge, hall & kitchen fitted in a fantastic high quality flooring, absolutely fantastic lads who kept me informed all throughout, advised on the best way to follow through all rooms with no door plates needed, Marc & his lads were very professional & cleaned up after themselves, already booked them in to do more fitting upstairs for 4 bedrooms, thanks again

Dissatisfied with Marc ode / work done not recommended. Do not pay unless job is good and completed

Marc seemed professional and gave me a reasonable quote for fitting laminate flooring in two rooms . Pre payment he was willing and came as arranged . The first room was fitted ok but noted major imperfections ie door finishes , broken tiles left and just hidden and covered by flooring ! . The finish was a poor standard and looked bad . As I had not paid Marc came back and rectified all errors .
However my mistake was paying him for both rooms as this lead to him blanking my calls , letting me down by not coming when he arranged . We now having loose floorboards in the kitchen which have not been clicked in probably , and a finishing trim with a gap that’s looks unprofessional. I have Marc many opportunities to correct this but not heard anything!! No response blanks my call . For these reasons his work is not recommended and my outcome of the job is poor
