I called Mark on Thursday morning as I had a problem with my pump , he said he wouldn't be able to come out until Friday afternoon which was fine ,when he arrived he found the pump wasn't faulty just needed a bit of a bleed so that's what he did I now have heating and hot water after six days without either I am delighted, not only that he didn't charge me as he doesn't have a callout charge would very happily recommend him to anyone.

Waste of time and effort.

Absolute waste of time and effort. Arranged for him to come around and quote for significant amount of work. Did not turn up, did not return telephone calls. Must be earning too much money and does need any work?

Excellent service,very professional and polite.
Marc has helped me out so much especially for my parents who are in their 70,s.
Trustworthy not out to rip people off especially for older people,which this day of age is very rare.
