Unprofessional car garage

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Please do not be fooled by the other ratings on here (probably a lot of fakes ones). I called this garage and booked our car in. First of all they offered to pick up the car and said there was no cost. My husband then said to me they will probably charge to pick up so he called them and then took the car there in-person. He has just gone to pick up the car to find out what is wrong. They told him I agreed to pay £96 on the phone is a complete lie. I would not have agreed to £96, and secondly this should be sent in a confirmation in writing prior to the booking. He is now waiting for the police as they are refusing to hand back the car. Unprofessional and unruly behaviour.

An absolute gem of a garage

I got recommended Marathon Motors by a friend, after my temperamental BMW had been through a few specialists. They went through the car from top to bottom, fixed all the faults and charged me a fraction of what a main dealer would.

It's been back to them yearly for the last 5 years and they've looked after it (and me) very well indeed - I couldn't be happier with the service that Aston and his team provide.

Very poor service

Works that they had completed later than failed on an MOT. Caused several extra faults in the vehicle. Workshop is very disorganised. Poor communication, works were completed to the vehicle unnecessarily
