Spoke to Mark about an issue with my cooker that had tripped the switch. He talked me thought testing the RDC on the fuse box, which I just didn’t know anything about & fixed the issue. The checks he asked me to preform would have cost me a call out fee plus the rest. Which he didn’t have to do, he could have just said I’ll be with you within the hour & charged me for his time.

The fact that it was 9:30 Sunday morning I called wasn’t a problem for him. He came across very polite & I would highly recommend him!!

Went with company for lights and electrical sockets in my summer house and for hot-tub installation.
