I am disguised  with Manor Vets their ethics. Two years ago they convinced me that I needed a £1200 scan for my cat - playing on my emotions and love. I paid something about £2000 for what was some stomach problem that was resolved with one set of steroids. They were unreliable when sending my insurance claim. I gave them another chance when my cat got asthma. I thought I found a vet in there that cares about my cat, not about the money. So I paid for an inhaler couple of times and all of the sudden the price became twice of what it was. Woman on reception confirmed with her manager that because they told me a certain price this means this time they will allow me to pay what it is but next time they will charge the full price. I now just got off the phone with Karen who tells me that I owe them the other half or THEY WILL NOT SUBMIT MY CLAIM FOR £280. May I add this was not a friendly conversation. Very greedy Vets

I dont usually leave feedback but this veterinary practice was outstanding. So much care and professionalism whilst taking care of our beloved dog poppy and such compassion in a very difficult time. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and would gladly give them 6 stars if I could . Thank you

Amazing service at a very affordable price. My rabbits needed to be seen out of hours and they booked me straight in and gave them the treatment they needed. They kept me updated as needed.

I have used this vets many times over years and ok but expensive...i warn you stay away now i took my cat poochie with eye infection the vet gave her reasonable check up and i expected eye drops. £90 at reception for 15 minutes, eye drops + Metacam drops to put in food. Google this product can cause kidney failure! they advise blood test First.... week later shes no better and i think trainee said i can give anti biotic or blood test. i opted for blood test £90 and promise of call back in hour or so nothing. next day i call, kidneys are not working needs drip £100s a day. Pdsa took her in on drip For 3 days and had to be put to sleep as she could not breath. Manor Vets are Just For Money Please think before you take your pet there.the PDSA are more caring and not just in it for money they have no in house blood testing which is sad help if you can

Took my two baby guinea pigs to Manor Vets, Halsowen this morning and quite frankly I am disgusted. The vet Stefan Popescu (So called exotic vet) didn't even handle my pigs to check them over he was arrogant and just seemed to be fobbing me off with some drops for their suspected mites. No compassion, not professional and very rude and patronising. £104 for him to look at my baby pigs and not even answer any questions I had. Rip off, avoid if you have any small pets.
