New property

Emma and Tim were a great support in helping me and my family rent a property. Very supportive, kind and nothing was too much. Even organised another visit just so we could take measurements. Would highly recommend. No concerns or obstacles. Very quick in dealing with things and always on hand when you need them. Excellent staff

Outstanding from start to finish

I would highly recommend Mann Dartford to anyone looking to sell their property in the area. Kevin and his team, especially Chantelle were fantastic with the support and professionalism they provided when I sold my house at the end of 2015. Within 20 minutes of me signing the paperwork to place the property on the market they were on the phone to me with two interested parties. By the following Saturday, 12 viewings had been arranged, and we were offered full asking price. From start to finish they worked tirelessly to ensure exchange and completion happened within a short period of time; liaising with solicitors on both sides, the buyers and ourselves. Without their help the whole process would have taken a lot longer and been a lot more stressful. A truly excellent service.
