Fixed Washing Machine

Thanks, great service from Sam fixing washing machine, no nonsense and clear making the appointment. A well known plumbing company had visited before and not cleared pipe properly between machine and outlet pipe, plus something was stuck in machine.

Fast, efficient, friendly.

We have used them twice to repair our VERY hard working washer dryer. Both times Amanda has been lovely on the phone & Sam and Eric fast, polite and honest in person.
Both times the machine has been fixed for under £100 inclusive.
Great team, great company.

Friendly, efficient and speedy service

Great service! Very friendly, came on time, excellent value for money. Had a lot of patience with my elderly grandmother and would highly recommend to anyone.

Happy not waiting!

I can only assume that wires were crossed for Disappointed waiting. I called Eric and he turned up within the hour to look at my machine. He was able to tell me immediately that it had been incorrectly plumbed into the hot feed (there is not a cold feed!). He then recommended a plumber who he thought could sort out the plumbing for me. He was courteous, straight to the point and very knowledgeable. I would definitely not hesitate in recommending him.
