I would and will recommend this company , they are a great set of lads, and more so first class tradesmen, who take pride in there work, they fitted my whole house of 14 windows , in two days, and the work by Craig and the joiner was second to none, we have already had a number of visitors asking who did the joinery work, around the windows, everyone is impressed who have seen the work.

5Mis-sold a product by sales rep with lots of inaccuracies
1Their sales rep visited our house and sold a configuration which he told us that the company can manufacture to our specifications.
We later found out that the bi-fold doors which we signed up for, is not possible.
We were also advised by the office that they do not manufacture doors and windows which contradicts what the sales rep told me.
I spoke to the sales rep and challenged him and he insisted that the configuration is possible and the company does manufacture windows.
I have cancelled the order as I do not trust this company.
I told the sales rep I will leave a review and speak to his Director.
His closing comment was "Do my worst" then he hung up
An unprofessional sales rep, who forgot many key parts of the discussion with myself, my wife and him.
This company has wasted 2 weeks of our time, when we could have ordered from a company who would sell an actual product and not make one up to get a sale.
Dear Mr Oliff, Following from the review you have just uploaded, we apologise that we are not able to manufacture the bifold configuration that you requested. This was picked up on 23rd May (only 5 days later than the original sales appointment), following the surveyor's visit to your property and subsequently informed you of this matter. At no point in time did we take any money from yourself, therefore following our contract terms and conditions. We do in fact manufacture our own UPVC products- this can be seen as per our website. However, we do not manufacture our bi-folding doors. We offered many different configurations of the bi-folding door to accommodate your furniture, to which you rejected all recommendations. Through out this process we maintained professionalism and apologised on numerous accounts, to in turn, encounter an aggressive response from yourself. Whilst insuring we followed our companies policy and contract terms and conditions, to terminate the agreement we received constant calls and emails from yourself threatening to ruin our sales representative and tarnish our companies reputation.
