1Scott came to 'fix' a leak for me, charged £250 but did not fix the leak. He then advised he needed a part and he would arrange the part and come back to fix is asap. over 2 months later, he is ignoring my texts and calls and when I have been able to speak to him, he is rude and belligerent.
DO NOT USE.
You already had a leak because your previous plumber had not fitted it properly , the parts had to be ordered to put the job right at a extra cost, unfortunately I have been ill, also it hasn’t been two months, also you forgot to mention I do all the plumbing for your management company

1It amazes me after probably 6 months after the job was done , your not getting water, yes and I gave you the old valve as you wanted it it, yes I did get there early and changed the valve , more than one tank in the loft , when I got there the water was overflowing, I changed the hot water valve on the tank
