Overcharged, underwhelming work.

The leak is still leaking, the floor repair is a bodge job because the flooring hadn't been secured so now the floorboards are not even lay flush with the joists - they are just sat in a concave "V" shape upwards. Supporting footing for the washing machine wasn't secured to the floor so now the washing machine is moving around with every wash.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE.

Scott came to 'fix' a leak for me, charged £250 but did not fix the leak. He then advised he needed a part and he would arrange the part and come back to fix is asap. over 2 months later, he is ignoring my texts and calls and when I have been able to speak to him, he is rude and belligerent.

DO NOT USE.

You already had a leak because your previous plumber had not fitted it properly , the parts had to be ordered to put the job right at a extra cost, unfortunately I have been ill, also it hasn’t been two months, also you forgot to mention I do all the plumbing for your management company

Unbelievably Rude.

1
Scott is not a very nice person, very rude. Seems to believe he has a god given right to receive work.
So please we didn't use him.

Manchester Plumber 24-7-365 SCOTT is dishonest

1
The plumber 'Scott' came to look at a leaking overflow pipe at the back of a tenanted property. He avoided me and arrived at the property earlier than arranged. When I got there at the time arranged he told me he had sorted the problem out and charged me £180. The tenant told me he had been present int he property less than 5 minutes. When I asked him for an invoice under the company name he got really aggressive with me and refused to provide an invoice. He threatened my by saying that if I didn't make an immediate payment into his personal account he would go back in and trash the property!!! I was terrified and paid £180 into his personal account through my phone. Today we learned that the original ballcock in the header tank was just twisted so badly so that it stopped the tank from filling. This is what he charged £180 for claiming that he had changed the ballcock! absolutely criminal behaviour that needs to be held to account.

It amazes me after probably 6 months after the job was done , your not getting water, yes and I gave you the old valve as you wanted it it, yes I did get there early and changed the valve , more than one tank in the loft , when I got there the water was overflowing, I changed the hot water valve on the tank
